I get the hypocrisy re Clinton Charity I get the hypocrisy of Trump filling his business interests at the tax payers expense, and his soon to be disgraced son in law – oh that’s about to happen I get that they prefer the Saudis over Iran because they were prepared to give Corporate America 300-1000 $Billion (really that’s why if anyone ever wondered) Whilst I do not like the “Charity” they gave it too – why not battered suppressed women I just don’t see anything, technically, wrong with this

What you're missing is US law that forbids quid pro quo from foreign governments/gifts. Without that, no problem. But it's not without that.
