Barrister is cautioned for public sex. 6 weeks later she claims she was too drunk and as an alleged sexual assault victim she is granted anonymity. And now her record has been cleared, with the man's reputation ruined.

Status: offline 		I did a couple of these threads not long ago as these stories were popping up all the time. I dont seem to remember you adding anything to them

man & women have consensual sex
man & women have a drink then consensual sex. Women then says she was too drunk and raped. Man cannot say that.

1. But aware enough to carry out the act.
2. The problem with drink is that the drinker can be aware of their actions at that time. But perhaps a few hours later, the next day, the rest of the booze, additional booze, has kicked in and they effectively have no recollection (or a black out missing hours)
3. In this case seems she had a bit of a change of mind it would appear. That whole story is quite disturbing I read it all did you?

Status: offline 		If she was genuinely too drunk. I mean I imagine when they were arrested, they would have been tested for alcohol levels. There would have to be some sort validity to her claim for her to get her identity protected. For example, if she claims she was drunk and they measure her alcohol levels to be zero alcohol at all. I doubt she would succeed.

And perhaps her alcohol level was genuinely much higher than the man's.

Just another lesson to males to do not go sexual with a drunk woman.

It will not go well.

I am sure that drunkness is no excuse too.

But it's pretty hard for a drunk woman to rape a male because she is physically weaker and can't hold him down and over power him and force him.

Status: offline 		1) It is extremely rare for a woman who wants to go for a man physically smaller and weaker than her in the first place, most women aren't attracted to men significantly smaller than her in height and weight.

2) It is extremely rare for a man to go for a woman significantly larger than him as well.

So that's why, it's almost impossible for a drunk woman to rape a man. As in that situation, even if she chooses her "victim", it wouldn't be somebody small.

And usually if someone is drunk and raped someone else, it's not pre-planned, and on the spur of the moment. So it's pure brute strength.

I mean if a woman want to rape any man really, she needs to plan it carefully and spike his drinks first. And then maybe shove viagra down his throat while he is unconscious. But already pretty hard to drag him back as he is heavy.

Gosh it's so damn hard to rape a man!
