Except when he writes memos as the FBI employee as soon as he signs it, it is not "his" memo, it belongs to the government. There is no "HIS OWN" memo. All he had to do to force a special prosecutor was to stand up, while the FBI Director, and say something. He didn't, the memos don't belong to him. He had no honor while an employee and now he's simply a disgruntled fired employee who is showing he has no honor, only self agrandization.
