All these months of leaks and speculation had no purpose other than to spike a frenzy with the public. Today was the first real step, and that was getting legal testimony, under oath, to determine what, if anything, there was to investigate. From here on out they will run with that, and barring leaks, we should hear no more official word about anything until the investigation is over. That is, if they decide that an investigation is merited.

So even if Comey had blown the lid off of Washington with his testimony today, it would have ended the same. Just as if he had nothing whatsoever to say.

Butch - a large part of the reason that so many Americans support the president, is that we see what kind of people support the establishment Democrats and Republicans and the fake news pushers
