The orange disaster is facing legal troubles about:
*the Trump campaign;
*the whole Russia "thing";
*obstruction of justice;
*Comey's sacking;
*Gen Flynn antics;
*the Muslim travel ban; and now
*the emoluments issue ....
Have I missed any?

This is just the first few months of his Presidency. Perhaps it would save time and money if the orange disaster upped and moved over to the Supreme Court building. He's going to be spending most of his time there or thereabouts

PS: It starting to look like it's becoming a family business as light is slowly being shed on some of Ivanka's less than respectable business ethics and practices : https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/jun/06/ivanka-trump-china-shoes-factory-investigation

this is a piece of shit lawsuit they are trying to find anything they can get rid of Trump a duly elected president nd a waster of tax payers money

No, I don't think so.
There's considerable evidence to justify alleging Trump is using his position as president to profit himself, calling into question whether he serves the country's interests or his own.

Maryland bringing suit isn't significant at all. WTF are you on?

Let's start out by saying that the Articles of Confederation (Articles V and VI) included an emoluments clause. And, during the ConCon Charles Pinkney stumped hard for it. You know, Charles Pinkney, that delegate from Maryland South Carolina. Maryland bringing suit is insignificant.

How much more mud will it take before any of it actually sticks?

I truly hope nothing sticks, until it's proven. As soon as any of it is proven, I hope that the appropriate justice is served swiftly. But, as long as nothing is proven, it won't matter how much mud is slung, and it shouldn't.

Cited in the other thread on this. Read and learn.

The courts certainly seem to believe they have standing.

The suggestion that he's refusing to reveal his tax detail for last year because they'll contain evidence of him accepting campaign funding from foreign nationals?
Mind you, most of that will come under the Russia thing, won't it?

A nice idea in principle, but as we witnessed a colossal waste of time and money on a criminal investigation of the Democrat nominee while she was campaigning last year, I find it hard to difficult to even pretend to give a fuck whether anything that's being alleged about el presidente sticks before it's proven. The fact that people who spent most of last year cheering their nominee's promises to lock the bitch up have the brass neck to complain about malfeasance investigations of their own boy beggars belief, frankly. If they didn't have an issue with mud being slung at Clinton, they can STFU whining about mud being slung at their Berlusconi wannabe.

And so the battle for Middle America begins, as Trump's facade crumbles to reveal his true identity . . .
