Status: offline 		Again only Fox seems to be covering this.
In NJ police were chasing Miguel Feliz for a non felony.
They fired at him, in town, from a moving car.
This violate safty procedures everywhere.
He crashed.
The video shows him getting out of the car on fire, both him and the car.
8 or 9 cops show up seconds later (the fire is amasingly out) and start kicking him.
One LT and 4 others have been suspended indefinatly.
Who knows (or cares) what his race is.

No, they were chasing another guy. The perp collided with the innocent guy and set his car on fire. The perp was captured after the cops beat up on the innocent guy. That is how I read the article. Was I wrong?

Of course, the UNION has already started the defense and, when all is said and done, all of them will be back on the street with a clean record and back pay in their pockets.

Status: offline 		Police making bad decisions should be held accountable for their actions and thank God we're seeing it happen more and more. The good ones don't make the news and there are far more of them out there.

Some cities offer awards to officers who successfully diffuse potential catastrophes. This doesn't make the news as much.

Status: offline 		I suppose rolling someone who is burning with a foot to try and put out the fire would look like you were kicking him. But, that would be a bit of a stretch for "helping" a burning man.
