Fr And this is different than picking a President who was a Community Organizer and part time law teacher... How exactly is this different?

Not meaning to single out just one person, because there are many others of like mind here, but . . .

Mystery such as it may be, a president getting elected by way of 'selling' community organization for benefit of society is different than a president getting elected by way of selling Boraxo soap who didn't have the legal acumen of a meter maid. Reagan was whoring for potential Masters from day one.

Presidential qualifications

He was practically screaming "I am your bitch! Oh yes!" They took notice.

Lest there be doubt: when a Republican acts according to the ankle-grabbing national wealth-sucking Republican platform, it's patriotism.

When a Democrat acts according to the Republican platform, it's treason.

So now with this latest upgraded whore driving a once great nation further towards third world status, we now have;

You're living in your own de Janeirio

"My brain is mold, my knees are cold,

I'm a blowhard fellah, here's your own favela!

Oh Whoahhh!"

"You're living in your own de Jeneirio

You're living in your own de Janeirio"

The repubs are and have been since Reagan, doing their best to quickly enact their plutocratic agenda.

Going from Diamond Reo to urban Rio; that's where the country is headed.

And the guy talks about "bringing jobs back to the US"? For what? Caddies and groundskeepers and blackjack dealers and young pretty men and women carrying around trays of champagne?

Then recent GM CEO Charles Erwin Wilson once famously said (at his confirmation hearings for Ike's Sec. Defense) "For years I thought that what was good for our country was good for General Motors, and vice versa. The difference did not exist. Our company is too big. It goes with the welfare of the country. Our contribution to the nation is considerable."

I think that Wilson actually was not far from wrong in that sentiment, the times and contemporaneous economic situation considering. This was back in the day when industrial productivity and business productivity generally kept somewhat in track to real wages, GM included. Notice Wilson didn't snivel about workers 'making too much money,' the hue and cry of Republicans and thereby practically all uni business courses today.

So nowadays this has morphed into:

"What I say is good for the country is that I can now pay off years of personal debt from numerous failed enterprises with taxpayer money by way of personally owned golf courses and hotels expense for as many as I can invite to the party, except that I'll mostly just pocket the money and not pay them off anyway. They'll just come to my next taxpayer-funded party anyway. It's hard to break habit with what's brought me such success at others' expense and got me on the cover of so many magazines and my own TV show for people who greatly admire blowhards."

Well now, can't argue with that, can we?

Kleptocratic agenda.

yep all this rooty toot shit about this country being a democracy, well if it was a fucking democracy there would be no reason for anyone to demonstrate because we made the laws for ourselves by voting on every dakn one of them. Please dont anyone give me that stoopid shit it costs too much, not as much as the corrupt assed system 'they' built for us. People in this country are so hypnotized and programmed, drunk on koolaid that they cant connect the dots on something as simple as dubya 1 helped usher in nafta and clinton 1 fucking signed it into law. Gotta be delusional to believe the 2 party system is anything but single 2 headed coin working together to in THEIR own best interests.

Don't know if you are bitching there or not Real, but we do not want a democracy. They could vote that if your grass is not mowed to their satisfaction that you do 20 years in prison. People are easily swayed to take away the rights of others after any incident. Like Australia had one mass shooting and took all the guns away, and the idiots support this.

they could vote on what color you must paint your house, ad in fact in historical communities they actually have covenants on the deeds which you have to sign to buy the place. Homeowner's associations are even worse, controlling who you can even sell the house to, as long as that if you get a chimney caps it has to be from a certain company. And people actually buy these properties. And there are no Christmas or other decorations allowed outside, and you are not allowed to make your house look significantly different than any other house in the development. There Are even severe restrictions on landscaping, EVEN IN THE BACK. And people sign up for this shit.

Do you expect such people to even give a first thought to your rights when you are the one shelling out over a hundred grand for this place ? Now in some places you got "911 what is your emergency ?" and the guy says "My neighbor is mowing his grass and it is fifteen minutes after eight". Or that he has a jetski in his (own) driveway. And this is only from people I know personally. Oh, and take down a sign for your business that has been there for fifty years, seen that too.

We have lost it all. Through indoctrination and whatever, people have no idea what any kinds of freedom is, and really don't want it. And for a while they were selling bank loans as "freedom", which is actually debt service. Even credit cards. And people bought it.

What was it in 1984 ? Freedom is slavery, ignorance is bliss... ? There were a couple of more. But like Revelations, the writer(s) of this stuff had insight and knew human nature and they knew how it would be. Like Revelations, and I am not religious at all, those words "Men shall seek death and not find it".

We have lost everything. Even though the People spoke and voted for Trump, he is not the type to set things right. He is about down to all he has going for him is that he is not Hillary Clinton. He might slow the fall into complete liberalism, but he does not have the authority nor skill to really fix this country, even if he gets eight years. And he might if the democrats run another totally unacceptable candidate.

And I think they will, because people with that kind of money do not learn by their mistakes. In courts, like if you drive drunk and kill a few people it is called "affluenza" and was successfully used to get quite a bit of leniency for some rich punk, FOR MULTIPLE DEATHS. I would have made an example out of that motherfucker, just like these raping immigrants. Your Mommy and Daddy did not teach you right ? Well the criminal justice system will.

But it won't. That means we lost the rule of law. How come I have to obey the law but others do not ?

And it is mostly liberals doing this shit.

T^T
