violent act?
So they arrest him for terrorisnm then charge him with a violent act? WTF?
WHen you are arrested for murder you are charged with murder or some variant thereof, how does one commit the crime of terrorism and then be tried for a violent crime or is that like a funnel catch all charge? Shoot first ask questions later?
