You can't process the notion that maybe every other country in the world isn't just another version of America. It doesn't matter what you think 'should' have happened. When you go to another country, you learn the basics and act respectfully... anyone who has done even a little travelling outside of the western world could tell you that this is common sense. I guarantee that if he had gone there anxious to prove how respectful and gracious Americans can be, instead of thinking only of himself, then he would still be alive today.
