A simple and unfortunate case of miscommunuiction.
Since the cop who shot him did not know him did he have any way of knowing he was an officer?
This is why ccw holders don't jump into a gunfight when the cops are already there.

Maybe you should be sure of your target and communicate with the people on the scene before you just drive up, get out of your car and start shooting.
Some police are plain clothes.
Of course, DA YOOONYUN will make sure he has no consequences.

Not an accident. Just one more example that many white people feel terror at the sight of black men. Terrified white people with uniforms and guns are a particular hazard to Black Lives.

LMAO. Come on. What racist shit are you in to now?

In America unarmed black men are shot by white cops and mass killers are white men. Hmmmmm. . . . Nothing to see here, folks.

We live in a racially unequal society constantly reinforced by media that portray racial bias which allows us to think our own race is good and other races not as good. Even worse than that is the possibility that white people are fearful of black stereotypes and black people are enraged by the history of injustice they have suffered. And worse still is the likelihood that white people will not admit their racial bias. The problem that presents is that white people hold most of the power in America.

That's right, we still live in the 1860's don't we VML?

Didn't I say this was a case of miscommunication?
We don't know the exact tactical situation, that would have an effect on the actions.

Pretty much except we have moved them out of the cotton fields and into urban reservations, haven't we, Nnanji? We should make a treaty with them (which we can break later) declare them an independent nation within our borders, and let them open Casinos and Bordellos. Twice a year we could drive herds of watermelons through the reservations so they have something to eat. That would be fair. Yassum. Every Saturday the righteous White can then go to the movies and watch the latest chapter of the Lone Ranger and his faithful nigger companion, Leroy, and affirm they are not racist.

If one is incapable of checking the tactical situation prior to discharging a firearm then one should carry ONE bullet in your pocket ala Barney Fife.

This guy had no business with a firearm, much less being a cop. There are things called radios.
Fuckwits like this give responsible gun owners a bad name because the anti gunners see them as the best and their fuckups as inevitable. God forbid a civilian aspire to better than a PROFESSIONAL
Professional my ass. Fucking cowboy with an attitude.

A high % of civilians are much better than cops.
Again we don't know if anyone knew the off duty cop.
The guy gets out of his car and sees someone coming up bejind the officers with a gun, is he expected to do an interview before taking action?
Shouldn't we find out what happened before making broad proclimations about it?
You don't know just what happened, neighther do I.

From your op it doesn't look like the cop who was shot had made contact. That would mean he was the one who made the mistke.
