Goes without saying that the lower court judges were politically motivated, and that their rulings were grossly improper and wholly unconstitutional:

Court partly reinstates Trump travel ban, fall arguments set

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is letting a limited version of the Trump administration ban on travel from six mostly Muslim countries to take effect, a victory for President Donald Trump in the biggest legal controversy of his young presidency.

The ban is in effect unless those trying to enter can prove they have family or business ties in the US.

And with it will come some of the disruptions that came before -- uncertainly around conferences, study, and business in the US particularly.

Trump travel ban injunction partly lifted by top US court

US President Donald Trump has welcomed a Supreme Court ruling allowing his travel ban to be partly reinstated as a "victory for our national security".
America's highest court also granted a White House request allowing part of its refugee ban to go into effect.

The justices said they would consider in October whether the president's policy should be upheld or struck down.
Mr Trump seeks to place a 90-day ban on people from six mainly Muslim nations and a 120-day ban on refugees.

The president welcomed the ruling's qualified authorisation to bar visitors from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, which he described as "terror-prone countries".

"As president, I cannot allow people into our country who want to do us harm," he added.
Mr Trump has already said the ban would take effect within 72 hours of court approval.

so the 90 and 120 day travel bans have been partially reinstated so the administration has time to figure it out. Il Douchovitch has been there for 157 days and they havent got it figured out yet? WTF? Are these people leaking to the press and giving away secrets to the Russians in the oval office or what?

Key phrase "partly reinstated" which basically is saying that even the conservative justices on the supreme court see some problems with the thing.
