You're also far too stupid to click on the link in the op... [:D]

Actually, no one is too stupid to fall for your ridiculousness.

You said your concern was no Google results. Here you go --

https://www.google.com/search?q=Loretta+Lynch&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

About 868,000 results.

Unless, of course, you were just trolling, and don't actually give a shit about your own topic.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: What are the odds (6/27/2017 7:03:56 AM)

I need caffeine for this thread, What are the odds? Spread ? Team?

And when you click the tab to 'news', there are 290,000 results.

https://www.google.com/search?q=Loretta+Lynch&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#tbm=nws&q=%22Loretta+Lynch%22&spf=1498572363924

So how exactly did Bosco perform a search that returned nothing?

Musicmystery -> RE: What are the odds (6/27/2017 7:12:42 AM)

It's an old trick:

http://www.wikihow.com/Play-the-%22No-Results%22-Google-Prank

WickedsDesire -> RE: What are the odds (6/27/2017 7:24:19 AM)

I actually did check it from a fresh google.co.uk = And selected news tab it returned 0. I checked it from the all and images tab in it returned plenty.

Its now, hour or so later, returning About 287,000 results (0.21 seconds) from the news tab

Anyhoos

heavyblinker -> RE: What are the odds (6/27/2017 7:24:25 AM)

So he was trying to troll everyone?
I don't buy it... he never starts a thread unless it helps him feel good about his partisan allegiance.
And he wouldn't have posted it unless he really believed it.

I think it's more likely that he found this link somewhere, really believed there were no stories about Loretta Lynch on Google News, and immediately copied and pasted it here as proof that there is a massive evil conspiracy to silence the righteous GOP.

Liberals. (you should see their math skills if you want a good laugh)

T^T

So then, you yourself know how to obtain the second derivative in calculus, or the Z-score or how to derive standard deviation from variance in statistics, right? So you know how to work the sigma function or the sine function on a calculator, then?

No worries, I bet you know what 9mm or .380 means. That's some serious math there, bro.

Simple. He lied

Texas A&M -3 vs. Texas.

Don't ask me if basketball or football. Don't expect me to know everything.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: What are the odds (6/27/2017 7:40:58 AM)

If we're throwing in maths, I'm going to need something stronger than tea or coffee.

Regarding the original post, all search browsers glitch from time to time. Bosco has strong convictions regarding his party, and probably posted what was returned on his search in good faith, although most likely in haste without due diligence. It happens.

Bosco, at this point, conceding the mistake and acknowledging the facts is a good option.

Unless, you do believe that Google tampers with political based queries, with a bipartisan purpose, and that was your point.

I don't know, nothing stronger than tea or coffee and I'm still on empty in the caffeine department.

Or most of the search results will be about the Country-Western singer with the same name, spelled the same, and considerably more fame.

Loretta LYNN does not have the same name as Loretta LYNCH.

Where do they find these fucking morons?

It's too bad his mama didn't get ahold of The Pill before he was shoved out.

Loretta Lynn- The Pill

You think good faith mistakes are possible...

One of the only non-trolls here, you are!

I never wrote that it wasn't a mistake, I put up a link and asked "what are the odds"

If it's a mistake, I still don't quite understand the mistake. The spelling is correct, just trying to figure out how it came out that way

And I have posted a link that more or less prove that Google manipulates search results, that's not really in question

I had the exact same problem as Boscox The problem was specific to the tab NEWS but remedied itself couple hours later

Yep, it happens.

The underlined is the problem with the "link"

OP is lol Bogus and trapped.

This is one of the reasons I dont click on his bullshit links. without a condom on.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: What are the odds (6/27/2017 8:44:55 AM)

Bosco, it probably wasn't your mistake. Algorithms only work if the entire formula uploads, data speeds or corruption of data in the upload can return a page set up to display a response to data errors. Lots of information flying about, sometimes it gets garbled.

I'm just guessing here. I've really on a best guess to offer.

Kay asked me to make coffee, we are both too lazy (tired) to jump start our brains.

No, it was his ongoing stupidity.
If one of us alt-left types had made this mistake, he would be snickering endlessly and calling us liars.

He doesn't think about what he posts, he just gets excited because he thinks it's an opportunity to bash the liberals... so he makes mistakes like this.
He doesn't deserve your patience or charity.

I think good faith mistakes are possible but you didn't make one.

You lied as usual.

The latest link wasn't about what you claimed it was either.
It was about Google manipulating searches to favor its own aps and services to Android phone owners thus violating European antitrust laws.

yaknow.......Capitalism

So you compound a lie with another lie and them put some backpedalling on top of it all before lunch.
Nice trollin' [sm=lol.gif]
