I agree with Ann Coulter.

The really funny thing about this is that, presumably, one of them has suddenly become a RINO...

SHOCKING to the comrade class, that conservatives don't also march in lockstep to whatever propaganda drivel marching orders are handed down

That's not Conservatives that do that. It's Republicans. Those are 2 very different groups.

Not to hijack but to underscore, find the proper basis for, articulate a true perspective all 3, on what HillWill wrote:

True enough still although, the conservative to fall prey to today's republican rent-seeking, power hungry, 'diaspora' is becoming all too fashionable and easy...there are few conservatives left anywhere.

Lending evermore credence to and paraphrasing Alexis Tocqueville's admonition (1830's) that, not enjoying the more intellectual and artistic pursuits, never saw a country whose populace was more...in love with money.

Since Reagan who was an opportunist convert from a life-long democrat, union leader and who voted for FDR 4 times, to a republican tax cut and defense build-up grade b movie actor and TV host from Hollywood to be the rhetorical mouthpiece, now union busting, taking the country from less than $1 trillion to $3 trillion in debt, creating the largest debtor nation on earth...had real conservatives up in arms...[it] and not enacting a single real conservative virtue, put the conservative movement on its death bed. It's been nothing but a rhetorical game since.

Would you experts on the right here or should I say, so-called conservative republicans, go to google, or anywhere, show me the period of time, any passed and signed legislation, any true and real adherence since 1968 (Nixon) to the fiscal conservative, real and true law and order, small, govt. diatribe we continually get from the right for those 50 years.

I say you will not find any.

I have an OP inside me I believe that would truly reflect a real conservatism that today, the right would never go for and instead try to claim I would be both ideologically and historically mistaken. Maybe later after a few Corona.

Oh and I couldn't care less about what any righty media personality has to say about another.

When did I mention conservatives? I was talking about republicans who (as Hill points out) are not conservative in any real sense that matters.
(If the republicans didn't march in lockstep more effectively than the democrats, they wouldn't have closed ranks behind the curry turd stinking up the white house.)

Reading comprehension has never been his thing.

He's good at making straw men, though. Has trouble doing anything else.

Thought you are quite the pussyhat whiner, you have yet to demonstrate that you know what a real straw man fallacy is... You post example that you THINK are straw, but they are never straw

The post I am replying to btw... Is straw [;)]

Sorry. You're also consistently good at ad hominem. Forgot about that.

To expound a bit : A half trillion dollar military to advance the cause of business interests is not conservative.

The last conservative might have been Barry Goldwater. You might remember he was the one who warned against letting the religious run the republican party. He said they think they speak for god and therefore can never be wrong.

But the republicans of today are not religious. They are against abortion until their daughter gets knocked up, then they are off to a doctor for a D&C which is in essence, an abortion but by a different name. They are against homosexuality until their son comes out of the closet. I have seen both. They are a bunch of hypocrites who declare soe sort of values to get votes, but in reality they have none.

And I am not saying the democrats are any better, but they seem to better actors. They try to put forth this loverhood and brotherhood image where they care about everyone when in reality they only care about themselves. And they want to pick the pockets of those who work to pay for the poor, altruistic ? Fuck no, the poor vote for them.

No wonder the phrase "drain the swamp" worked so well for Trump. We need to really drain the swap. I wish the 9/11 hijackers would have put all those jets into the whitehouse and pentagon. In fact do you ever wonder why they didn't ? I have, and I doubt it has anything to do with Nostradamus. But of course the problem is how few of them would be there. When are all 535 of those pricks there ? They get $176,000 a year for a part time job. Another question is how come all those people who worked at the WTC took the day off. Who called them ?

It is not a matter of having a rat in the house, it is a matter of rats running the house.

Rats run alot of houses apparently. The 9/11 hijackers were Arabs, well the Arab government is a US ally. Apparently the People are not. The only conclusion that one can draw is that US ad international money and arms are imposing a government on them that they do not want. How would you like it if they did that here ?

That is what half of this ridiculous offense budget is, imposing US friendly governments on peoples in foreign lands. And people have the gall to bitch about Russia ? Look in the fucking mirror first.

Business is business.

Rant over.

T^T

Because it was a PR stunt rather than an attempt to cause actual damage. How many nuclear plants or dams could they have destroyed with five airliners if they hadn't been stupid enough to see a butt ugly piece of '70s brutalist architecture as a symbol of American imperialism?
