I think the moment we go into "instigating" level, this takes away any possible free speech.

People are not children. They are responsible for their own individual action regardless the aggravation.

I subscribe to purity of free speech with no conditions.

Because I believe in the most mature form of society. Free Speech means even Hate Speech.

The reason why we have countries still nannying free speech today is an indication of how immature many people in society still are about social discourse and will be able to get baited into some kind of physical violent act from any speech that appears to be criticizing them or offending them.

And I often judge a person maturity by how much we can disagree with each other without it launching into personal attacks or threats of violence.
