Ach no matter off to read FOX-shit, Trump twitter-pureshit: best see if hes broke the 10 000 lies, well lets face it he must be awfully close. Wonder how many laws he has broken now - not sure I can count that high.

ahahahahaha heh the orange bitch likes when he gets patted on the head: wags his tail and piddles on the floor - what a guy :)

Translation: We'll take a thin-skinned, ignorant demagogue who's out finish the destruction of the middle class in America, as long as he has good speech writers.

Right - make slaves of the lawyers, rather than health care professionals

Whose median income is about 10X that of the national median.

Are you saying then we have had a Justice System in a different era? tamaka... dealing out justice has always been and will always be a messy business. So called Justice changes and is different things to different people and is always influenced by the social moors of the time.... Best we can do I'm afraid.

Butch

Rather, we have two different justice systems, one for the poor and underrepresented and one for the elites who aren't actually supposed to go to jail for their crimes.

Examples: What's a banking scandal ? It is a banking crime the description for which is determined by who did it. A banking scandal is bank fraud or other banking crimes for which you go to jail...bankers don't. Then it's just a scandal.

Involuntary manslaughter is when you accidentally kill someone. It is an environmental catastrophe when the oil companies kill someone.

There are no real corporate crimes, only individual crimes committed by real criminals...not corp. executives.

There is no real justice and never will be unless people change.

This from someone who has told my lawyer "Yeah I did it, get me off". Or make the best deal possible. What would YOU do ?

They do not care.

T^T

there is nothing for the people to do but wise up.

you want to fix to the tune of 90% of all the ills with the justice system?

1) Abolish the 'unequal' under the law state presumption.

2) Free legal services for any citizen to sue against any 'statute' for constitutional violations.

3) abolish summary judgment and any pretrial arbitration, both deny us a trial by jury and dont give me any bullshit about expense.

4) Create legislation that no private or quasi-private corporation can demand arbitration as a requirement of employment.

5) There should be one judge elected by the PEOPLE of each state sitting on the supreme court.

6) All trials mandated to be 'STICTLY' by jury of 12.

7) Jurys are to be informed that they are the court, they have the power as the jury to judge both the fact and law and acquit if they believe the law is not fair, too harsh, incorrectly applied and so forth.

6) Finally court briefs to be written concise and clear manner so someone with a 2 digit iq since we lowered th e passing grades in the 80's we need to simply the language.

Now you want justice? that will turn justice system on its head making it exceedingly difficult for the gubmint to cheat
