America has no legal system and it never has - it sure talks a good story. And that's before you bring the disturbed orange into the equation.

Usually it is simply a matter of who can afford the best lawyer.

So called Justice changes and is different things to different people and is always influenced by the social moors of the time.... Best we can do I'm afraid.
