It being demonstrated that the parties Donald J. Trump, Donald J. Trump, Jr., Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort, named in this complaint, demonstrated a wanton and blatant disregard for conspiring together, consorting, soliciting, and gathering funds for the purpose of building a profitable enterprise based upon extortion, trading of emoluments and considerations for values in kind and other such payments, did engage in a premeditated, structured and intentionally exercised enterprise with the objective of securing the highest office in the United States for the purpose of running it as a for profit enterprise, even and including the bartering of top secret and restricted information with our nation's adversaries to advance their personal interest(s) only. Therefore, this complaint is entered with resort to the highest additional penalties obtainable both by criminal and civil recourse under the statutes knows as the RICO ACT.

I am thinking soon, a case...can be made. Now these T Jr. emails really do mean something.

Status: offline 		RICO act for sure - i dont see any difference from the emoluments clause, perjury, obstruction, collusion, and also treason - thats trump snr not jr

But then things seem to get technical when he becomes president, or president elect

Someone has yet to tell me at which point he became a civil officer - I asked that here in the past - then they can go down impeachment - my take on this is that is technically possible before he becomes elect.

as for that singular disclosure clause - there should have been three separate ones - and there should be another two now where are they? From paul and jared. Now there is no way trump didn't know either

But junior had a blank - oh I forgot - then submitted and "updated" one - and even after that he lied

late here as i said so I am fuking off to bed

Trump should be in jail and long before he got near that seat - imo he should be strung up. Your history books will be talking about him till the end of time..and i expect a few more amendments t be added to your latter 18 or whatever they are

He is mentally unfit, almost everything he has ever said is a lie

edit it goes beyond the realms or slander and libel - that cant be hard to prove surely?

The problem is that a GOP Congress has to agree in public that they mean something.
