To save you some trouble Winsome, the link is to a report in Daily Mirror, one of the UK's racier tabloids, which gave up any pretensions to publishing the truth decades ago.
The Mirror's source is some pure speculation (and nothing but speculation) by one "Stephen Bassett, executive director of US-based Paradigm Research Group (PRG), [who] believes that there could be a massive announcement [re:ETs] to come." The Paradigm Research Group, according to its website was founded to:
"to advocate in all ways possible for an end to a government imposed truth embargo of the facts surrounding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race - Disclosure. In addition, PRG would provide representation to researchers and political activists throughout the world in the field of extraterrestrial-related phenomena research/activism. Accordingly, "Research Group" refers to this loose confederation of research and activist clients."

So this nutter is claiming that there might be an announcement from the White House, that might be about UFOs/ETs ... or perhaps might not ...
In a nutshell, we have one nutter referencing another nutter engaging in pure speculation through the ultra un-reliable medium of the Daily Mirror.
It's hilarious to see any adult taking any of this nonsense seriously but what else should one expect of Bosco, whose connection with reality and the truth is even more tenuous than the Daily Mirror's? That Bosco thinks we should take any of this trash seriously is enough to make him ask some searching questions about his own mental health send him straight to the therapist's couch.
Hum, everyone else described the Mirror with five words or so. You take several paragraphs so you can look like a big girl.
Either that or she thinks you're so ill-informed that you need cliff notes to keep up with everybody else.
