Sex Robots will be very popular with people who have a limited skill set in reacting with real human beings, for whatever reason.
That being said, I have nothing against sex toys of any kind.
Ive sold five of the half body sex toys and several "dolls" over the years, and with the leap in robotics, and the skin reaction sensors, I see a lot of money being made.
I have a wonderful collection of sex toys, that do the job, and in the past Ive played around with the idea skin sensors, heat, pulse, for spandex/rubber body suits,panties, and bras, but its way above my paygrade and beyond my sense of wonder to enter it with more than a parting fantasy.
RealDolls are incredible, both male and female, and I can see the attraction of a robotic one.
But a cold piece of plastic, no matter how "lifelike" and responsive sexually doesnt do the "mental" aspect of a sex partner, for me at least, I suspect thats because Im a woman, and we tend to desire the mental aspects, more than JUST the physical, Im not saying that men dont, but women tend to do so more.
I suspect as Im getting older, its preference, but I cant say I wouldnt try it.
Now, I think I might have read an article similar to the one you were posting about, the child sex dolls?
But I will wait for your clarification.
