I think they owe her a reason for why they chose to move her from her seat.

If refunding the cost differential is the standard monetary response, then I think they're all good there.

They were not only unapologetic. They were like, "Fuck you, here is your 30bux and shut up about bitching about our employees."

Most insincere apology ever.

Seriously if I paid for leg room. I am gonna be so pissed about not getting leg room. It's not about the money but about suffering a flight for less leg room. The planes are cramp up enough. I could have chosen another airline who has the leg room or change a different day with leg room, than take one without leg room.

Delta essentially took that choice away from the customer.

The employees aren't an issue: her insulting and posting a picture of the passenger she claims took her seat is somewhat reprehensible, though. If she didn't have the spine to say anything to the woman at the time, braying about her on twitter afterwards is breathtakingly pathetic.
But of course, it's only an incitement to violence if a leftist does that...

She should have mask the woman's face. But she was just taking a picture of which was suppose to be her seat. I don't think it's an attack on that woman, but the woman happen to be sitting on it.

I realize the "fun" has to do with who was inconvenienced. But, I really don't care about that so much. I know, I know. I'm a bit boring in that regard. lol

If Delta didn't give away her seat to someone else. There would have been zero issues.

Who started this whole shit first?

Delta denied a paying passenger of the seat she booked.

She got mad and insulted the passenger who Delta gave her seat to.

I seriously ain't gonna blame Ann Coulter in any way for any of this, because fact of the matter is, IF Delta weren't assholes intentionally giving away her seat, that innocent passenger wouldn't get insulted.

Delta is not taking responsibility at all for their actions and no explanation from them, why Ann's seat was given away.

It just happen that Ann Coulter is a hated conservative, so Lefties are happy to see her treated badly.

IF this was a leftie treated like this, Lefties would be outrage.

No, she posted a photo of the woman on the internet because she was too much of a wimp to say anything to her at the time.
Attacking the other passenger, rather than the airline, over this is pathetic and making excuses for her doing so is worse.
