What's worse than forcing people to buy unaffordable plans that aren't available because insurance companies are pulling out of the exchanges, and that if you can find a plan chances are it has deductibles so high that it is too expensive to use

No, the ACA is the law of the land and increasing in popularity.

While the GOP can't agree that a new plan or even scrapping it is better.

If you want to replace it all with single payer to fix the exchange issue, fine. I'm down.

Every company that pulls out, though, creates an opening for a new firm hungry to get in.

Just not with the poor practices that preceded them.

But you want to straighten out the GOP on this, go for it.

actually dumbfuck.... the originators of the AHCA was the gop..... Obama just tweaked it and filled in the holes it had. ...its also why he thought the gop would work with him on it when it was first proposed. The framework came from the gop!!

...that's one of the reasons why the gop is having a hard time throwing it out - even if they so-called "start fresh" they will still have to include many provisions of Obamacare if they want any of it to work at all.

Now that I didnt know - really? regarding the origin thingy bit

They throw it it will end the Republicans - or certainly their senate majority - far as I am concerned the lot of them threw it and they should be ended, forever. Save 4 at the end of the day was it. The two who stood alone (whislt a good few others coward - like some cowardly fuk with bone spurs does), not to be confused with the ones who were bought off for 30 pieces of silver (3 i think) get my respect
