Look at people who have been banking with or worked at or with the BIS. (Bank of International Settlements) See how much cash it launders. Without the existing 'Western' run banking system, there would be no such undetectable crimes...cash becomes the enemy. Without the western banking of today's illegality...financial/drug/trafficking crime would be cut in half.
