Ok... but why are we only concerned about Trump? How come no one seems to care about the bank's business dealings? They were the catalyst that allowed this to happen.

They are concerned about Trump because he is the president of the United States.
And plenty of people care about the bank.

They need to investigate everyone that bank does business with. Trump may be President but he is well under the radar. Almost makes you wonder what the big focus on him is distracting us from.

Hardly under the radar. You should be much more worried about this.

HERE

At least the bank’s Trump problem is getting smaller. Mr. Trump’s debt to the bank had been estimated at around $340 million, but the president’s long-awaited financial disclosure on June 16 revealed this now to be only $130 million, after considerable restructuring. That still leaves the rest of the Trump clan: the president’s wife Melania and his daughter Ivanka are both important clients, as is Ivanka’s son Jared Kushner and his mother Seryl Stadtmauer. In October 2016, shortly before Mr. Trump’s election victory, Mr. Kushner was loaned $285 million by the bank to finance a New York real-estate deal.

So, excuse me if i'm wrong, but isn't this the real issue here? I mean, anyone who has a Citibank Credit card is just as guilty as Trump for using Russian mafia money. Overall, the citizens of the US have done the same thing as Trump.

Doesn't work like that and you know it. Customers are unknowing (powerless) victims of the whole banking system.

The perceived stupidity lies within your inability to understand.

No, you don't get off that easy.

Explain for us how any US president is 'well under the radar.' Especially the only US president who created a TV show about himself before that.

Was "The Apprentice" his effort to stay out of the limelight?

What an unmitigated dumbfuck.

I probably said it incorrectly. I meant that we are aware of the Trump issues, but we don't know what we don't know about what else is going on in the world with this banking issue. What good are sanctions against Russia if the criminals control the banking industry.

You mean, Samuel L. Jackson.

Formula 51, one of the best movies, ever. Kilt, golf clubs, designer drug, hot babe assassin.

That's the formula.

Sanctions are and have been circumvented for ages. Look at people who have been banking with or worked at or with the BIS. (Bank of International Settlements) See how much cash it launders.

Without the existing 'Western' run banking system, there would be no such undetectable crimes...cash becomes the enemy. Without the western banking of today's illegality...financial/drug/trafficking crime would be cut in half.

So basically... there's nothing that can be done?

Trump industries laundered money for them, and we elected him president.

So basically . . . yeah.
