ORIGINAL: PeonForHer Interesting. So, RM, do you support the researchers' recommendations - "The researchers say that company and government policies should provide greater support for work-family policies that benefit men and women, such as flexible work arrangements, child care support and both paid maternity and paternity leave" ... ? No I don't support it because the choices people make with their personal lives should not interfere with a business. To an employer, your business should come first. If others want to make life choices that stops the desired result in the business, they're obviously not fit for the job.
