Although in that lady's case, when she make the decision to breast feed like that, without the typical breast feeding cover, I think she must know, it will some how become a big deal especially in our country! Because she seem very calm and nonchalant about the attention. So I think she expected it. She wasn't even upset.

My point is, to some, it's off putting and makes them feel uncomfortable. For example, at a dinner table, it would make me feel put off from eating. You can say its just breast feeding all you want as I can easily say its just a penis, every male has one. You've seen one before etc etc.
