I've been scouring the forum and online. Looking for a simple answer. What's the best TENS unit? My old cheapie burned out and looking for something good. I've seen a lot of recommendations for: PSE ET232 TENS 7000 I'm also partial to anything I can get through Amazon prime. Please drop a link if there is a good discussion on this I missed. Thanks

I prefer the ET312b. Pricey but it is the best.
