If there are no qualifications for the job, he meets the minimum qualifications. If he wins the nomination, I think it says more about the shape of the Democrat party in Kansas. I don't hold much hope for him to win the Governorship. I think Trump is better qualified for the US Presidency than any 16-year old is qualified for any State Governorship. And, that's pretty much only because I don't believe any 16-year old has the maturity or life experience to be a Governor.
