Neither did Clinton who had 8 years before Bush. Nobody has done anything for 30 years and now it is a problem.

Another fool with access to the enter key and nothing to say.

Sorry if you're incapable of figuring it out.

Escape from Camp 14
Dear Leader *my favorite*
The Girl with Seven Names

Musicmystery -> RE: Technically North Korea is Obama's Fault (8/10/2017 2:32:22 PM)

Just what do you think they should have done?

Keeping in mind that China is an ally, and when Beijing looks toward the South, they see a ring of Western allies surrounding them, from Japan to Taiwan to the Philippines . . .

If you had actually read my post you would have noticed that I stated that Bush did nothing, but you are apparently can't
comprehend that someone would criticize people of both parties.

If you paid any attention to the post order you might notice I posted that before your post, try actually reading from top to bottom, might solve some of your comprehension problems. That aside, there wasn't anything about your post I dissagreed with, you were 100% right.

Setting what record straight?

The problem is 20 years old. Both Kim and Obama inherited it.

The problem is 72 years old and began when Korea was split into North and south.

It got worse in 1950 when North Korea stormed across the border at the urging of the Soviet Union (when China and the Soviets got along.)

and technically, the Korean Conflict was never officially ended, in fact it is in the longest cease fire of modern record, with peace talks continuing at Panmunjom in the DMZ.

The cease fire has been marked with periodic exchanges of artillery and small arms fire, the discover of the occasional invasion tunnel from the north, and the almost routine border incursions for "scouting" by both sides.

The above is why there is still a heavy US presence in the south with the permanent stationing of the US 8th army at Yongsan Garrison, Korea and the 7th air force at Osan Air Base, Korea for a total of 28000 personnel.

However, should President Trump order more troops into the zone, he is going to have to remember that the majority of the units that would have been available for ready deployment to South Korea are presently being used in other areas, notably Iraq and Afghanistan.

A fact not unknown by President for life Kim of North Korea, a point made in his response to President Trump's "Fire and Fury" statement.

Boil it down, IF North Korea pushed it, and IF Trump bites, South Korea would probably be over run in a matter of weeks while US forces are still scrambling to re equip and redeploy.

Short of unlimited, round the clock bombing, the US is not in any position to mount a tactical response, which means that, in terms any 11 bravo would know, we be fucked.

Escape from Camp 14

Was written by blaine harden who said:

"Unfortunately, the disclaimer turned out to be necessary. As Mr. Harden now acknowledges in “Escape From Camp 14,” his blunt, best-selling book about Mr. Shin’s life, Mr. Shin had built his own memoir upon a gigantic lie.

Would you like to try again?

Psst...there was more than one book listed. Please continue digging in the dirt

Here's the deal. My opinion is my opinion. You can take it with a grain of salt if you want. The sun will still rise the next morning. We both know if you agreed with my stand, you'd agree wiyh my sources and being my rah rah cheerleader. Since you dont agree with me, any source I cite will be viewed as shit in your eyes. Trying to please you would be akin to trying to sweep back the ocean with a broom.

Dear Leader *my favorite*

According to the guardian's write up of "your favorite" There is no validation for the claims made in the book.

There is no way of checking on the narrative, but Jang's account looks like the most telling yet of the madness of North Korea.

The Girl with Seven Names

wiki describes her as being from an upper middle class family who is an economic refugee seeking better economic status for herself and her family.

Danemora -> RE: Technically North Korea is Obama's Fault (8/10/2017 3:22:00 PM)

Well, if Wikipedia is your source for all things credible info...

Isnt Wikipedia where any yahoo with two fingers and a pulse can add info? My university wouldnt let us use Wiki for research sources to be cited in papers, but it apparently is good enough for you

We can do thos all day if you'd like, but I think others might find things like what JLF mentioned way more interesting. Like I said, anything I cite will be frowned on by you. Im phoquing okay with that

I have found the first three to be bullshit...no reason to look further.

Here's the deal. My opinion is my opinion.

My original statement was that it was an unsubstantiated opinion....it remains so.

Your "sources" have been shown to be not credible.

Since you didnt read the first time. Ill repeat it so you can consider yourself the biggest dick in the little pissing contest we have going on
I read your bullshit sources and showed you where even the author said it was a lie.

Im also still going to believe in the mistreatment of the North Korean people until YOU can prove using credible sources cited please to prove they arent being brutalized

You have never been there. You made the statements. It is therefore incumbent upon you to validate your opinions.
