I always say that in Islam. A husband only need to verbally say, "I divorce you" three times infront of 2 live witnesses. And the divorce is done.
The woman can't divorce her husband the same way though.
And for the longest time. India has allowed this form of divorce to carry on.
FINALLY, they are disallowing this stupid religious Islamic divorce.
