Status: offline 		So, apparently, because he has not gone full gender reassignment surgery. So it is not legal for him to dress like a woman in UAE.

Poor dude! He is so lucky to be from my country where our government prevent the local sharia courts from prosecuting him and protects people like him. He is a Muslim after all. But he completely forgot what real Islam is when he goes to a real Muslim country.
