Status: offline 		its been awhile since ive heard her speak, but in the past, every time I did, I was left with the sense of that her brain wasn't fully functioning. at some point I suspect the "senior moments" get to be too much and someone's going to replace her.

Ya. No, she'll die in office. Her constituents would never send a junior representative to replace her. Besides, none of her constituents would ever see any news source that was critical of her.

that could be true. I was thinking more in terms of "minority leader" though. she's already a liability to some extent. I can only imagine her becoming more of one.

She did catch herself one once on appearance on ABC News’ This Week back in May. She also thought the National Rifle Association was part of our intelligence community. Yet, worse of all, she’s deeply unpopular in the areas that Democrats need to win in order to retake the House. She’s more unpopular than Trump in these areas, and she’s been blamed as a contributing factor to Jon Ossoff’s loss in Georgia’s special election in the state’s sixth congressional district, the most expensive in history. It's no wonder that younger, more rural Democrats are calling for a leadership change. One of their leadesr can’t even read off what they’re trying to run on in 2018.

A poll by the media and technology company Morning Consult over the weekend showed 55% of respondents said Trump was not stable.

Personally I believe he is unstable, period, but she merely flubbed her lines.
She may well think hes batshit bonkers, and may well end up saying it, but she hasnt said it so far.
Just pointing out a fact.
There are plenty on left and right who think he isnt capable, mentally of doing the job, Ive been watching the news, just not posting here.
His unhinged speech at phoenix brought out a lot more complaints about his stability.

Actually it was truthful and nice. Which is apparently a waste on you. She's from an area that is considered one of the most scenic in California on the San Francisco Bay. It's very liberal and its against the law to burn fire wood.
