And an illegal business, which has had the disputed assets seized by a government agency at that...
(The answer is "yes", btw: an American can always sue, even if they stand less chance of winning than they would in the decathlon at the next Olympics, and are told by those they're trying to sue to get lost before the case gets a sniff of a court. It's probably in the constitution somewhere.)

I have seen tooo many deaths to try anything more than speed. that was back when I was 20.
Im not about to start either, but my gag reflex is worse than my bum clenching abilities.

I did take prescription speed in my 20's to lose weight, but it knocked me out. I was pretty annoyed.

I think he's currently kicking himself for failing to tell Nieto to build it and then bill him when it was finished. That's his usual MO to get free building work done, but his spending his whole election shouting about how the Mexes were going to pay for it has ruled that one out. Maybe he did try that and nothing's happened because Nieto demanded the cash up front?
