The poor bugger just wanted to eat his bacon. This is unjust in a so called free country where anyone should be able to eat bacon anywhere they want.

I like bacon, so I'd like to think he was just innocently eating his chosen breakfast or snack, but the fact that he followed them when the women moved probably indicates his motive was not all that innocent.

I really wish this sort of thing would stop though. When I was a kid pork was everywhere in the US. Now you can't walk into a restaurant anywhere and get a ham steak or a pork tenderloin because the restaurant owners are afraid of offending someone. Next you won't even be able to get a bacon double cheeseburger anywhere. Farmers who raise hogs will have to turn their farms into puppy mills.

Whether there was bacon involved or not is beside the point and not part of the judgment. Harassment is judged based on the intention and the result.

The idea to turn this into a "bacon" story or worse, a story about butchers, restaurants and farmers having problems, is ridiculous and -as usual- pushed in a manipulative way by Infowars. The simple fact this was posted shows that the content of the actual article (even if factually correct) is meaningless, as it implies the bacon would be the reason for his sentence.

It is not.

This is what I fucking hate about Islam! They are the cause of Bacon disappearing from all the eateries, fast food and restaurants outside.

I can't even get a damn caesar salad with bacon anywhere now unless I make my own!

And yet, for this hari raya, they are proudly announcing that they are slaughtering 2000 sheeps, (for my country only) for their sacrifice to their Allah. And they fucking ban my bacon everywhere! (Lamb meat offends me but I don't tell restaurant to ban lamb!)

I feel like this a different type of oppression happening. ONLY their food preferences matters. All other non-Muslims food preferences does not matter.

Recently Muslims in my country wrote to subways to complain that subways is discriminating against Muslims by serving Bacon on their menu. In response, subways have removed bacon. Fuck! I am gonna miss my grill chicken bacon ranch sandwich! And it's already impossible to get bacon cheeseburger in any burger chain in my country! They all got rid of bacon!

Islamic oppression starts with Bacon! It seriously pisses me off!

Today lunch. All I wanted was a potato bacon and broccoli soup! But since no where sells bacon, I gotta make it myself! That seriously sucks! But Bacon was good!

52-year-old man walk up to a group of three women who were wearing veils, then hold bacon in front of their face and demand that they should eat it.

This claim is where the problem lies.

If he seriously was trying to force them to eat bacon, he should go to jail for it. He can eat bacon all he wants, but he has no right to force anybody to eat anything. The correct way to get Muslims to eat bacon is don't tell them it's bacon, and let them choose whether to eat it or not with ambiguous meat.

I tell you why. Muslim can't eat bacon because they believe they will go to hell for eating bacon.

But there is a craveat. IF they didn't know what they were eating was bacon, they will be forgiven and still can go to heaven.

So by feeding them bacon, without them knowing it. They are still on the road to heaven. All is good. Just don't sabotage their chances to go to heaven.

I have some Muslims here who loves pork wanton. But tells me to not tell them what's inside, so they can eat ignorantly. So they are still not sinning yet. I mean, chicken and prawn wanton exists too, so not necessarily it is definitely pork.

It's like pork ribs too. Like if the restaurant just says, "ribs" in it, and don't mention pork. The Muslim can assume it's beef rib and eat it ignorantly. And he is okay. Just don't inform it is pork so that as long as his unaware, it is not his fault. Once he knows, there is this whole religious cleansing nightmare they gotta go through. They will be annoyed at you.

I would say sticking up bacon right at their faces and intimidating and demanding them to eat it, is forcing.

Consider full veiled hijab women are usually extremely timid and oppressed women.

Not all women are taught they are men's equal. Many are brought up to think they are weak and must submit to men greatness. Full veiled Muslim women are vulnerable and one of those.

Did you bother to read the actual account of what he did?

He was convicted of harassment, and faces charges for another offence.

Why are you such a desperate liar? What do you get out of this?

Where do you go that this happens? I have never run into this.
