The footage shows Alex Wubbels being arrested in Utah in July, after refusing to hand over a vial of a patient's blood to the police.
Salt Lake City's mayor, Jackie Biskupski, said the footage was "unacceptable" and that she has called Miss Wubbels to offer a "personal apology"

The officer has since been placed on leave. Shocking nevertheless.

Sorry. I did have a look for that thread but misplaced it as it begins bat shit and I never thought to search for that. And, I was actually wondering the color of the zonked out patient?

I haven't heard any reference to the color of the victim the nurse was protecting, but I do know that not only is he a reserve police officer himself, but he was badly burned in the crash.

The police department where he serves has issued a public statement to the nurse thanking her for protecting his constitutional rights.
