Mr. Bannon is not helping things. https://www.yahoo.com/news/steve-bannon-catholic-church-needs-illegal-aliens-fill-pews-133900995.html

do you know that its possible for people to disagree with each other on certain issues, or on how to best go about things, and for one side NOT to "break" with the other?

also, the yahoo article quotes TWO evangelicals. there are millions in the country.

given that, there is nothing in the article that lends itself to your thread topic question.

the better question is, what is the church's relationship to civil authority and the law.

One of whom happens to be. Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York, the preeminent Roman Catholic clergyman in America,

the article specifically separates the "two" evangelicals from the catholics and in the strictest sense, and for the most part in layman's terms also, catholics are not "evangelicals."

again, the better question is, what is the church's relationship to civil authority and the law.

1. Are you really saying that Catholics aren't evangelical?[sm=rofl.gif]

2. The Church's relationship to civil authority and the law is to stay the fuck OUT of it.
There's a little thing called the Constitution and unless you want to wipe your ass with it like some Muslim Sharia follower, you'll have to agree.
If you think it's such an important question, ask it instead of hijacking the thread.

Do you? I thought that was how this RINO nonsense got started, and why your shriller and more hysterical bloods are insisting that Jeff Bezos, Sorebutt McCain, Theresa May and the like are liberals now because they don't like el presidente?

No, he said the article made the distinction between the Catholics and the evangelicals, which it did.
