Oh dear!

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Trump signs resolution condemning white supremacists (9/16/2017 12:00:34 AM)

Even if it was a taunt, wasn't that an example of 'freedom of speech'?
Do you have an amendment that allows 'freedom to be violent' too ? Surely these self-styled neo-nazis could have used their 'freedom of speech' to respond to her without resorting to anything more ?

In the same way that you use 'Bless your heart' as a taunt.

To be honest, no.

But Nazis/white supremacists are wrong simply because Nazism/white supremacy is wrong.

WTF.

This might surprise you, but being anti-fascist or protesting against Nazis does not mean you hate white people.
White supremacists and Nazis do not represent white people as a whole-- they are not defenders of white culture, and they are not on our side.

They are shitty people with a shitty agenda and they make the world a worse place to live.

No but all the negative white-bashing that's been going on for years now eventually brings these people out. And... it makes other white people (who aren't Nazis) more tolerant of them.

'White people' are in control of their own choices.
Nothing is more sickening than someone pretending that the main reason they're a racist isn't simply because they love how it feels.

FFS almost every other race out there puts up with far more than white people do, and yet there are always going to be fucked up losers like the Nazis, alt-right, KKK, men's rights, etc. pretending that white Christian heterosexual men are the most oppressed minority in the world.

These attitudes circulate and spread until you get people like respectmen and Termy8or who deny being or supporting Nazis and yet still repeat and viciously defend absolutely everything the Nazis believe... all while doing their best to avoid the more obvious rhetoric and adding weak caveats to absolve themselves of any potential social faux pas.

It's really pathetic.

But you think all the negative racism POC have suffered is nothing to complain about. And that its not real or righteous anger. Its their problem.
Such a typical imbecilic bigoted POV.

Milesnmiles -> RE: Trump signs resolution condemning white supremacists (9/16/2017 3:43:43 AM)

It was strictly PR, Trump didn't write it or even ask for it to be written and He signed it, not because believed it or supported it but because he was told to sign it, to try and calm the uproar he had started with his previous comments on the matter.

Milesnmiles -> RE: Trump signs resolution condemning white supremacists (9/16/2017 4:08:01 AM)

Also, I'd like to interject that I find the "right" to be hilarious in this matter.

In this forum, I’ve been told that "Nazis" are a part of the "Alt-left" and now it seems that the "Alt-left" group Antifa is attacking the other "Alt-left" group the "Nazis".

It seems that the "right" has no violent groups, only the "Alt-left" groups are violent and now the "Alt-left" has so many violent groups that they are now attacking each other.

Maybe someone should sit the "Alt-left" down and explain that they are all on the same side.

It's this sort of "fuzzy logic" on the part of the "right" that makes it hard to discuss anything with Trump supporters.

The Nazis also verbally abused a woman in front of her 13 year old son because she said to them 'Peace be with you'.

Ill mannered Nazis?

Who ever heard of such a thing

Nobody supports the Nazis, or the KKK etc - they're wacko fringe nobodies

Antifa fascists enjoy a lot of support though. Some of the howlers who most vociferously defend them try to deny it, but it's an obvious fact

Another big reason Hillary lost. Her kind keeps preaching to each other that they can write off the white vote, and they go out of their way to antagonize whites

Its as bad as their soft bigotry against women and blacks etc, and no matter how much they deny it among themselves it's all biting them on the ass

Everytime when Trump are doing something good.

All Lefties can say is, he is "betraying" his base. Lol!

It's hilarious. But you don't understand that his "base" understands him and his decisions.

They understand it, Greta. They just don't care because they don't like Trump. Their main interest is simply to insult and mock his supporters.

Why bother? You insult and mock yourselves every time one of you posts on here.

bwahahaha that made me snort!

You want him to ignore Congress and write his own laws like Obama? What law do you want? Outlaw anyone the president declares to be extreme?
Under Obama everyone who disagreed with him was a racist.

It's not about ignoring Congress. It's about demanding more out of them. Or better yet, finding ways to put the laws we already have on the books to use. You know, do the actual job he was elected to do.

Well on this issue, Obama didn't 'write' any laws and in fact used the same laws that empowered Reagan and Bush I when they did almost exactly the same thing. This is as exemplified by the fact that not a single federal court ever ruled against DACA.

The right does this all throughout the last 40 years. Spin an act from the left as if its breaking the law and often acts the right did which were legal when they did it, put it out all over the media, claim whatever it is, to be unconstitutional and as if the nation or at least a good part of it full of dittoheads...take the spin, then double down on what they want to believe and there you have the intellectual vacuousness...of the right.

You are dealing with a right that can get to be dangerous...real dangerous, example:

Colin Powell had a private email server while at state...legal.
Condoleezza Rice had a private email server at state...legal.
Hillary Clinton had a private email server at state...legal.

Then a law was passed to prohibit such...

Well then ipso facto...Hillary guilty of what would be a prosecution that would be ex post facto. See how easy it is to convince the morons on the right and of those who voted for Trump.

Plus almost to a person, whites hated Obama being elected in the first place and from day one. Hated that a 'N' and a lib dem at that in the 'white' house and their racism shot right to the surface of almost all conversations and on the net.

Maybe she believed that America was still a free country and she should be allowed to go about her lawful occaissions without let or hindrance and that she should/would be perfectly safe ? I'm sure I read that somewhere .

Yes, and this.
I mean, it's not like the police weren't around so I guess she expected they would prevent it from getting as bad as it did.

But for some reason, they didn't do that.

Ah right, wishing Peace upon people is a taunt.
Let's lay all the blame on housewives and clergymen and defend Nazis and police who don't do their jobs.

Yes.... wishing peace upon someone can be a taunt. She went looking for trouble and she got it.
