MercTech -> RE: “No, Stop! Please!” Teen Begs for Life Cop Reloads Fires Again (9/21/2017 6:55:23 PM)

Why did the kids spin tires trying to get away with an officer, gun drawn, is yelling to stop? The kid has already endangered multiple people. Did he think he was LARPing "Fast & Furious"?

All I saw was one frame. Clearly you have more information than I do.

Cop, out of vehicle, approaching stolen car that had spun out. Suddenly the car is spinning tires in reverse and the cop opens fire. Cop reloads and continues firing as the car leaves the frame of the dash cam going in reverse.

How the hell did rambo manage to shoot the kids on the opposite side of the drivers seat? By accident?

Attorney plans to pursue civil case related to recent officer-involved shooting

The officer believed [Alleged] Redwine was trying to run him over when the teen shifted the car into reverse, according to police.

Attorney Mike Garner, who represents Wuenschel, said Redwine was trying only to back out of a hole. He said Redwine was shot seven times, Wuenschel two or three times, and Tillis at least twice.

Michael Garner, defense attorney for Hannah Wuenschel, announced after a Thursday morning Columbus Recorder's Court hearing for Wuenschel their intention to pursue civil litigation.

Police said Redwine tried to use the car to run the officer over, prompting the fatal shots.

“I have a good belief that the physical evidence will absolutely contradict that statement,” said Couch, who declined to elaborate without further examining the evidence in the case.

I didnt see that, did anyone see the kid try to run over rambo?

Brown violated Redwine’s right to due process, right to confront his accusers, right to a trial by jury and more. He said Brown’s actions were “contrary to what is acceptable police conduct.”

“I just think that this officer, for whatever reason, decided to be the judge, jury and executioner on the night that this happened,” Couch said.

Brown, who also will be named in the lawsuit, resigned from the police department about two weeks after a grand jury in Russell County found that he committed no wrongdoing.

they also had to the tune of 4 - 5 execution squads on the scene each with their cams running, and oddly enough the defense attorneys are not privy to those other cams and have to file motions to get their hands on them.

The buggy CS software always references the post just above even if you aren't quoting.
Sorry it looks like I was replying specifically to you.

Hmmm, checked the video again, kid's car was already spinning tires in reverse when the officer opened fire.

It is usually a bad idea to try and run away when a police officer has a weapon drawn and is yelling for you to stop.
