If both NK and Trump are all talk and no action, nobody has anything to worry about. As long as NK don't shoot first. I know US won't shoot. The world is fine! If NK shoot first, NK will be put down very fast.

IF the Brits had stayed out of Asia, there would have been no Singapore ( Stop cheering back there in the peanut gallery) IF I had been born to the right family, I would be a king by now. As long as they do not invade NK and seize all the Nukes. The world will forever live in constant fear of their nukes. The reaction of fear to NK shooting first is the reason why North Korea needs to be put down for good. NK has develop enough credible weapons for the world to fear them. They got a unstable leader who murders as he please. It's not far fetch to me that eventually, they will just use their nukes to threaten everyone for whatever they want in the future. End of the day, big picture is. If the problem is not contain now. They grow more powerful and when they do damage. Whatever damage they can do now will be nothing compared to what they can do later. Remember the days when NK seem so incompetent to get any of their weapons to work is over. And I feel so bad saying NK because, I believe it's just one damn psycho. Surely someone can just get in there and assassinate him already. NK people are all prisoners.

I seriously get the impression Kim Jong Un believes in the concept of "Them's fightin' words". I was raised to think words are never an excuse for violence. But, so many are part of a vocal minority that DO equate words with assault & battery. Scary as that attitude could get us into a nuclear conflict when applied to the international picture. Words are the chess pieces in the contest that is diplomacy. Words are not a first strike.

Greta, do your history books also show that it was the Brits that began using the island of Singapore as a trading centre a couple hundred years ago ?? I believe the place was uninhabited, or virtually so. Pity they didn't leave it that way. I wasn't talking about WW2 at all and really couldn't give two shits WHO you believed saved you. The Brits should have stayed right out of S.E. Asia as far as I'm concerned and left it to whoever wanted it.

I get the impression that all the people calling for all-out war have never been involved in any kind of shooting war . Believe me, it's REALLY NOT like the movies . You don't get to see the ones who get killed, all alive and full of piss and vinegar in another movie a few months later. Take a closer look at the photos of ground zero and the victims of the two bombs dropped on Japan . Maybe they might make you have second thoughts. I doubt it though .
