But it's not about that at all. It's about Muslims, and specifically only Muslims killing in the name of their ideology. Who is killed is unimportant, the number killed is unimportant, the location of the killings unimportant. The critical factor is that Muslims, and only Muslims must do the killing. The very real distinction between the 1.5 billion Muslims around the world, and the microscopic numbers of actual jihadis gets (deliberately) blurred over in the rage against anyone or anything Islamic.

In other words, the incident in the OP is just an excuse for another cynical ideologically driven exercise in Islamophobia. The only interesting question arising is why are Bosco and his ilk so insecure and so threatened by Muslims? Why are their almost hysterical responses so disproportionate to the minuscule threat jihadis actually pose to these individuals and to the West generally?
