MrRodgers -> O.J. out of prison...did 9 years. (10/1/2017 8:15:34 AM)

O.J. Simpson now released from prison, may live in Las Vegas or says maybe Florida. Nobody refuted his pleas at his parole hearing.

Did he do enough time ? For the armed robbery yes but not all of his crimes in my book.

HERE

OJ case is such a huge mystery.

Why didn't the glove fit!

Still confuse whether was he truly guilty or not.

Far too much was made of that glove as it would do the job even if small. I believe that his wife's prediction was correct..."Someday he is going to kill us both and...get away with it."

I have always felt that OJ was involved in his ex-wife's murder in some way, but I also felt the prosecution failed to make a good case and the defense was brilliant at dissecting it.

Mistakes were absolutely made, on both sides. Three of the most egregious:

By the prosecution: Why was VanAtter walking around the crime scene with vials of OJ's blood for hours? That definitely allows for reasonable doubt. I'd have voted "Not guilty", based upon that alone.

By the defense: failing to have an answer for why the gloves were found (supposedly dropped out of a back pocket) in two places so far apart.

For the judge: How the hell is Ron Shipp (? spelling?), testifying about a dream OJ told him about admissible. It's like hear-say³. To my mind, this was a welcome mat for the defense to argue "Reversible Error" on appeal.

All of that said, at OJ's parole hearing, the victim testified that OJ was not armed.

I'm not saying he shouldn't have been convicted. I'm saying plea bargains have been made with far better prosecution cases against defendants.

For the robbery case he was locked up for, he was offered a plea bargain of 2 years jail time, he thought he could negotiate that down and had his lawyer go back with a counter-offer. The prosecution decided to go to trial.. he was so stupid and arrogant, he spent 7 extra years in jail as a result (not that I think he has learned anything at all- he tried to appeal saying his lawyer never told him about the plea offer)..

The way the US justice system works, if you go shopping with some friends but they want to go the bank first, so you drive them there and wait in the car, unknown to you, inside they commit bank robbery, guess what- you are locked up along with them.. If you commit a crime and someone dies, even if you arent armed you are on trial for murder along with everyone else involved.. so it doesnt matter if he was armed himself or not (plus he told his friends to make sure no one left until he got his stuff)..

As far as who killed Nicole & Goldman, she was nearly totally decapitated, the killer had a lot of hate for her.. I believe OJ killed her in a fit of rage and he did it alone... I think all of any decent friends he had finally came to that same conclusion which is why pretty much the only friends he has now are seedy types (like the ones that did the robbery job with him)..

Drakvampire -> RE: O.J. out of prison...did 9 years. (10/1/2017 12:30:24 PM)

Did he:
Plead the 5th on 97 occasions.
Launder money for the mob, mafia and Russians. (lot of dead corpses in that chain)
Collude. (lot of death corpses in that chain too)
Boast about grabbing bitches by the pussy.
Threatened to shoot anyone on 5th avenue and not lose one vote.
Incite people to exercise the 5th of Hillary Someone.
Start race wars.
Laud the white supremacy movement whilst laughing at BLM.
Upgrade the “Beast” with 6 drilled air holes in the boot and a bag of sweeties.
Abandon Puerto Rico as he was too busy fuking about on the golf course over two separate weekends
Try to get 30 million removed from the affordable health care act
Slag of John McCains a plethora of t mes as being a coward and war criminal and unfit for anything unlike Comrade BoneSpurs
Wipe his arse with the constitution
Piad fek all taxes and is trying to fiddle it to the tune of him being one billion btter off
Ever word uttered is a fucking lie
tip of the iceberg

So OJ got 9 years and is out running amok? And some mad orange bent warped pathetic cunt nutter got? “It’s just who he is, his way”

WD this isn't a Trump thread. Shouldn't you be getting meds refilled or something?

WhoreMods -> RE: O.J. out of prison...did 9 years. (10/1/2017 12:54:33 PM)

To be fair, if the trumptooners are refusing to discuss el presidente in the threads about him, dragging the little shit into threads that aren't isn't entirely unreasonable.
If every thread about the curry turd stinking up the white house is derailed by "...but Hilary!" "...but Obama!" "...but Merkel!" "...butt munch!", then "...but Putin's bitch!" in threads criticising other people shouldn't be an issue, should it?

So the whole forum just goes into chaos, worse than it already is? So what is the point of even posting anything, it having any discussion, if we don't try to maintain some decorum?

This thread is about judgment, innocence, guilt, benchmarks and current events.

Your shambolic rambles are about your own deceit, lies, passiveness and enabling a mad monstrosity (such as yourself), Happy in the knowledge you believe your president cowardly bone spurs fought hard for your lot and every inch was a battle.

A day of reckoning is coming and it is good to know what side people are on you pathetic cowardly fucking hysterical nutjob.

OJ had custom made fitted gloves. Someday for fun try putting on a tight fitting glove over a surgical rubber glove. It's amazingly difficult. That Johnny Cochran was a very shrewd guy.

No question, just current events, statement of fact from the netherworld of O.J.

Not to mention about a man who from the projects, rose to the top, the pinnacle of success, only to fall all of the way down and is finally free again.

He was convicted of both armed robbery and kidnapping. So, 9 years is about right and it could have been more.
