Yes, it is such a leap, when time after time, it turns out that the murderer was taking psychiatric drugs. I mean, why in the world would any sane person think that might be the case again.

Careful. You're starting to sound like Kirstie Alley. http://www.ibtimes.com/kirstie-alley-claims-psychiatric-drugs-caused-las-vegas-shooting-2596998

I loved Kristie Alley in Star Trek and North and South.

https://www.reviewjournal.com/local/the-strip/drug-given-to-paddock-calms-some-provokes-others-experts-say/

My guess is it will be doctors who figure it out. And if they do they'll find he either was having a bad drug reaction (in which case nobody will admit nothin' just as they've never admitted it was Cymbalta that caused the Westroads Mall Shooting) or neurological degeneration of some sort. (A tumor caused the University of Texas 'Bell Tower' shooting.) If pharmacological, the drug doesn't even have to be a definitively 'psychotropic' drug. Many drugs these days from heart medicine to anti-malarials have some psychotropic effect.

(If this had anything to do with a drug reaction, any drug of any type, I hope the survivors sue the shit out of the drug manufacturer. Because most of these recent 'crazy' mass kills, going all the way back to the 'postal worker' epidemic (overdosage of Prozac) and Columbine (both kids were hopped to their gills on prescription anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs), have had SOMETHING to do with psychotropic drugs pushed by drug companies. Many of the murder/suicides of returning military personnel were closely linked to an anti-malarial. And nobody seems to be willing to speak truth to power on the subject. Just writing this post will probably get me sued.)

The only lesson to take from this is 'keep an eye on your loved ones especially if they have ANY changes in prescription.' Doesn't matter if it's heart medication. Keep an eye on their personality as well as health.

Homicidal break does not always happen quickly. Sometimes it creeps in like the fog on cats feet. It is only at the last that the cackle of madness is heard. By then it is too late.

May God rest all their souls and let them find peace.

I wasn't big on her performance in Star Trek. I thought North and South was a bit better, though nothing extraordinary. I was more in favor of her being outspoken about body issues within the industry and being open about her experiences with her body issues.

I must be a little behind on the matter. I haven't read any links that have said the shooter was taking prescription anything. I have to get more up to date.

On the serious note, I agree with you about watch for side-effects regarding new or increased medications. At the same time, I don't agree with the Scientology position that such medications are the source of these things happening, and/or that such medications should be considered completely unnecessary.

I'm kind of wondering if Alley is attempting to be Tom Cruise 2.0 for the media exposure.

Now, in normal circumstances this would be bad enough, except that one of his devoted fans shot up a Pizza Parlour in DC after hearing Jones claim that it was a front for a pedophile ring run by Hilary Clinton and the democrat party.

Then there is the fact that even our esteemed President acts on some of Jones' theories. Trump has praised Alex Jones' 'amazing reputation' and the two men have a warm relationship with Trump appearing on Jones' show.

Why do I get the overwhelming urge to look for Rod Serling?

Hmmm, we can have some real fun trying on that rabbit hole for fit.

There was no link between Comet Pizza and Hillary Clinton. Yet, there is evidence linking the owners of Comet Pizza and NAMBLA (National Man/Boy Love Association).

I typically try to avoid spreading what amounts to theory gossip, but what the hell....

I apologize! What I posted came across as very condescending. I didn't mean for it to.

It is surprising how fast these conspiracy stories start showing up immediately after a tragedy. With social media the way it is, false narratives start proliferating data query feeds making it cumbersome to weed out updates and personal accounts. So, I try to avoid posting or sharing them while the tragedy is still in the "current news unfolding timeframe.

The thread was a fun idea, and I wanted to participate. I've no idea what I was thinking when I started out with, "I typically try to avoid blah blah blah.."

Anyway, TTFN

I'm a keen follower of Stefan Molyneux and his latest video on the LV shooter is interesting and worth sharing here. Its a long video but worth watching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCBYAWyFEqM

Its known that in June of this year, Paddock purchased a fairly large supply of diazepam on private prescription. Its not known at this point if he was taking diazepam. This drug is for anxiety but can cause anxiety, agitation, and even paranoia and delusions.

Its also now known that he purchased the ticket for his girlfriend to fly over to her family just a few weeks before the shooting. When she arrived he sent her $100,000 telling her to buy a house for her and her family. She was puzzled by this and suspected he was calling off their relationship.

In the days leading up to the shooting, he had a "do not disturb" sign on his door. On the evening before the shooting, he ordered two meals from room service (that could have been the prostitute)

He had recently stayed at the Ogden Hotel in downtown Las Vegas overlooking "Life is Beautiful" festival. Video footage is now looking at his movements whilst staying in that hotel.

The only thing I think is odd is, where is the video footage of him or the bellboy bringing his baggage into the hotel and his movements in the hotel leading up to the event?

Thanks for that Maria. A long watch, as you say, but some bits that I'd not heard before in it.

According to the Las Vegas pd, all security footage for the hotel is being looked at, however, it must also be noted that the Mandalay Bay Casino and hotel has, according to some, 10,000 security cameras total.

And since no one seems to be absolutely sure of what parts of the hotel he may have been in prior to the shooting, they are going through all the footage.

And contrary to what you may have seen on the various crime dramas, facial recognition software does not pop just when a specific person shows up on the video, it pops every time some one that remotely resembles the person is in frame, which could be as few as ten or as many as a thousand.

heres one from mediaite, rush and pamela gellar come up with a theory.
http://crooksandliars.com/2017/10/limbaugh-and-geller-use-dubious-video-try
Rush Limbaugh was on the radio trying to make the case that Stephen Paddock could have been either an active anti-Trumper or an ISIS terrorist, or perhaps both.

draw your own conclusions, :)

Let's not worry about conservative saying it is ISIS.

ISIS THEMSELVES have doubled down and release more information about how Stephan Paddock made a presentation to them about Las Vegas and went to execute it exactly as planned.

So why is everyone accusing ISIS of lying? I don't know.

I have read so many articles on authorities themselves warring with IT, being completely unable to detect lone wolves due to the various social media methods that are untraceable. So why are they so surprise they can't find anything. When they have over and over again complain about being unable to trace them anymore.

And ISIS is sure hell not to reveal how they communicated with Paddock. Because that would give authorities a way to track lone wolves, if a certain channel is revealed to them.

On the other hand, whether ISIS was involved or not. This could have been Stephan Paddock fantasy. He has been fantasizing about mass killing alot of people for the longest time. He was a quiet and private man and made sure he never shared his thoughts with anybody.

It's 10 years of planning, that he was gonna die this way. His fantasy death. And final bucket list. On his own terms, and fulfilling his biggest fantasy.

I think there is a Muslim working as a go-between.

Or i had already thought of the celebrity death thing and i even thought of a cool name for a company that woulld help you with planning & execution of your death.
