If this is true, even the Huffington post is saying Tillerson fucked up.
However, I tend to believe that President Trump is right, its a made up story, since after seeing it, the place it seems to originate is on MSNBC, and all stories seem to go back to MSNBC without any other source, or offering any other proof.

He isnt a RINO, he is speaking more than a few peoples opinion.
Corker has disagreed with Trump since charlottesville,
And from trumps own tweets, its obvious he is a fucking mess.
I agree with corker that mattis tillerson and kelly are keeping the world safe from trump.
I agree that the white house is an adult daycare with overstressed workers.
MSNBC didnt make the claim about the tillerson remark.....sorry to burst your bubble .
