And saying 1814 always gets The Battle of New Orleans playing in my head.

had you said "first time black mayors for certain cities" that would have done the trick.

the way you phrased it made it very easy to have an alternative understanding.

This whole 'drain the swamp' thing is working quite well. And the prison system is our separate tank.
