First of all, welcome, fellow (NW) Ohioan (I'm in the Toledo area).

Second of all, you're going to have to figure out which profiles to ignore (sometimes it's just when to ignore them). In the Case of WM, there are plenty of good posts and plenty of ignorant ones. When WM responds as here, just ignore it and move on. It's truly not worth your time.
