Last time I'm going to be courteous to you, even though you've been nothing but a rude, vulgar twat-waffle to me.

Buttercups, you wouldn't know courteous if it landed in your lap and danced a jig.
Believe this; I could have been truly vitriolic. You got the tame version.

It's good that you mention (though misspelled "obscenity"...

Weak. I make one typo and you use that as an insult? Compare that to your repeated mistakes. [8|] Go back to school.

Either way, you're useless to me.

Good. It was never an aspiration of mine.

Anyway, I can see you're a boring troll. I was hoping for at least some entertainment. The meal ends now.

I have a Pussy Riot bumper sticker on my car.
Apparently it's a band or something... Who knew?

Taking a step back....

So it is all right to plaster vulgarities in public but using a historical term for a cultural group in the U.S. is a firing offense even when quoting historical documents.

Does freedom of speech include having vulgar opinions shoved in your face and your family's face when just going about your daily business?

The laws that govern such actually vary from one state to another. I'm reminded of Virginia's law against public display of vulgar language that would have gotten that pickup cited a $250 ticket.

Apparently, consider the case you just hypocritically posted opposing views on peterson, consider that is vulgar to others when in fact it is all vulgar. Good for the goose and all that.

A TA exposing adults in college to ideas is verboten, by the howlers who scream that they support free speech

While they at the same time favor exposing children and everyone else who doesn't sign up for it to vulgar bumper stickers

Lucylastic -> RE: The right are all about protecting free speech... (11/21/2017 1:52:31 PM)

as ive continued to say, the left cannot make distinctions.

exposing people to differing ideas is the one of the purposes of the classroom mnottertroll.

whereas by contrast, the LAW actually addresses some aspects of public vulgarity.

that you somehow see hypocrisy in merc's positions on that is stupefying.

MasterDrakk -> RE: The right are all about protecting free speech... (11/21/2017 2:53:02 PM)

As I have continued to say the right tries to make distinctions, where there are none.
exposing people to differing ideas does not include the flat world theory in the classroom. Nor is it generally taken up with a great deal of time with such useless hypotheticals as what if the south won the civil war. In like fashion discourse on the use of shem and sher will not be of any value in a language where we have no 3rd person singular sexless pronoun. It will not make the language.
Whereas rightwing cannot define what aspect of vulgarity are actually addressed in lawful language under the law, they just know they are agin it. So, do you have a statute with clarity that describes common (vulgar) common (vulgar) <<<<repeat ad nauseam language prohibitions in absolute contradiction to the first amendment?

so there are artificial strictures here, but they are stupefyingly stupid as is typical of the right in their hypocrisy and imbecility.

No one claimed that some on the right do not enjoy "vulgar" or offensive t-shirts etc, that's only in your cartoonish delusions

The claim was that everyone on the right opposes free speech, or some sort of howling insanity along that line

I simply pointed out how the smartest howlers in the world are working overtime to shut down critical thinking in colleges and universities

Everyone knows damn well what leftist trash loves to do to cars with bumper stickers they do not approve

(Ever wish you were even half as smart as you think you are)

bounty44 -> RE: The right are all about protecting free speech... (11/22/2017 6:05:10 AM)

what on earth does Sandusky and penn state have to do with the topic?

Apparently, Sandusky or Penn State are "rightists". There's a test. Really!

Peace,

That part of her statement didn't even register with me
