I Need advice about removing tattoos!!

Please share your knowledge and experience regarding this matter --- to help my new submissive get rid of some lousy choices she made in the past. I am looking for the most effective and effecient method, as well as an affordable way to go.

One specific question: Can tattoos be TOTALLY removed, with little or no scar marks??

I have no personal experience with tattoo removal, but I know that the studio where I had my dragon done does laser removal, and they have information about the subject on their website.

On the left side of the page there is a bar for REMOVAL and when that is selected click on one of the links that drop down for info, photos of before, during and after the process, and personal info about Steve Huntsberry, the artist who founded II and who does the removals.

It is going to depend on a lot of factors to get a complete and unblemished removal, her skin type, what sorts and colors of ink were used. Modern lasers can remove them most of the time but the process is reported to be far more painful than the application. It also takes a long series of expensive treatments.

Try with the one you both like least. If it doesn't work, or if she is unable to endure the procedure, consider good cover-ups.

I looked into tat removal a little while back. The only real good way seemed to be laser treatment although at the time it was £150 a session and it cud take 3 - 4 sessions to sucessfully remove a tat. That would all depend on the colouring, the black ink is harder to remove. There would also be scarring. Everyone is left with scarring from it just depends how much on your skin type.
I ended up having cover ups on mine which were very sucessful. Maybe you could just consider covering the old tats with something new you like.

Tattoos can be removed with Lasers...from what I have heard there is minimal scarring if any. HOWEVER if you are allergic to Red Ink as I am...it looks like two 3d hearts with initials in them (My sons). THE only way to get rid of them is a skin graph.Because the ink adheres to the skin it all has to come off...to Me the raised red itchy hearts arent that bad that I need to have a skin graph done.

My primary care doc and I have tried meds for allergies...doesnt work.
She has done some research and thinks a cortizone shot will reduce the inflammation and with any luck some of the itching.

Bottom line....Dont get tats unless you know they are forever.
bishop has a tat of an ex...I have never considered her having it removed.
It doesnt bother Me she has it...she loved that person once.I know My girl isnt going anywhere...she knows her Home/Place is with Me

From what I've read and heared, tattoo removal is very painful, very expensive and very slow. There are 2 main methods I know of, one is lazer removal (which breaks down the ink under the skin) and the other is surgical removal of the skin itself.

The few people I've known that have got it done definatly have some scarring and aren't really pleased with how it came out.

A good resource for a little more info

Peronsally, I recomend getting bad/old/silly tattoos covered up or reworked by a good coverup artist. I think overall one's more likely to end up with something one likes.
