FR It's like another OJ case again. I feel like US is the one place on earth if you get it right, you can get away with murder. I don't know how people can believe "accidental discharge". Last time was mentally ill. Now this is the new thing, "I accidentally discharge a bullet and it hit her and accidentally killed her! It wasn't intentional!" Okay...., you go free! Compared to cases in my country, recently, bunch of folks beat their room mate to death. (Ironically spanking her with a film wrap and the spank on her butt causes blood clot inside somewhere that killed her, which I was thinking OMFG, spanking can kill?) And the judge say that even though the murderer is legit being treated for whatever mental problems they have been suffering for a long time, but in this case, he is not accepting it. Full blown murder sentence. If these folks were in the US. They could have said, "I just spanked her, I didn't expect her to die. It wasn't intentional, I wasn't trying to kill her." Then US judge would say, "Ok, you go free!"
