Exclusive: Prominent lawyer sought donor cash for two Trump accusers

A well-known women’s rights lawyer sought to arrange compensation from donors and tabloid media outlets for women who made or considered making sexual misconduct allegations against Donald Trump during the final months of the 2016 presidential race, according to documents and interviews.

California lawyer Lisa Bloom’s efforts included offering to sell alleged victims’ stories to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off one Trump accuser’s mortgage and attempting to secure a six-figure payment for another woman who ultimately declined to come forward after being offered as much as $750,000, the clients told The Hill.

The women’s accounts were chronicled in contemporaneous contractual documents, emails and text messages reviewed by The Hill, including an exchange of texts between one woman and Bloom that suggested political action committees supporting Hillary Clinton were contacted during the effort.

but then lawyers often are,
money money money.
If she can help the women great, I dont deny they need money to fight the rich and scummy, her methods are more than questionable in my opinion,
I dont like her methods, I dont like her mother for the same reason ....sleeze.
Given the accused, it wasnt going to be cheap or pleasant, even dangerous.
BUT
Is there evidence that his actual accusers (specifically her clients) lied?

As if there arent enough problems for victims as it is, and I dont mean these specific women. I mean women and men who have been assaulted, and raped and abused
Giving haters, abusers, even more room to grow. And deny.

Its one reason why I despise false accusers, and lawyers. they can fuck it up for everyone else.

There's no direct evidence I'm aware of that could prove that any of the ladies are lying. There's an indirect statement.

One of the ladies (who turned down $750,000 to tell her story) told Bloom that she supported the President in the 2016 election and held nothing against him since "he stopped his 'advances' as soon as I said 'No'".

This lady also went on to say that Bloom sought her out and she claims she KNEW Bloom had sought out others, something which is a No-No for most state bar associations, lest lawyers start getting called "ambulance chasers" again. Unfortunately, given the involvement of DNC PACs, there's a good chance that "ambulance chasing" is exactly what Bloom was doing. There's also a good chance, given the involvement of the PACs that it was violating FEC regulations, up to and including "tampering" (there's that word, again) with an election.

Some heads may actually roll on this one.

Like I've repeatedly written, the dems have their problems but the repubs locally and then nationally started going after Clinton while he was still gov. of Ark. It is profoundly true that it is Repubs you want to hire if you want to go after somebody.

Some local Ark. repubs actually attempted to extort money from the Clintons or they would go public with their allegations, even later the RNC offering Flowers a job in Calif.

The repub you see are truly the real pros in buying and extorting influence and is the only way Flowers made it to court at all and got her $500,000. Yep...real pros at this kind of corruption.

So for those who might be 'insane' it's only because they insanely pursue such objectives with amateurs. Everybody should be learning by now...the repubs are the horse you jump on and from whom, more likely...to get paid.

Because you're so slow, I guess I will have to explicitly tell you that I am NOT saying that the Dems aren't political opportunists, or that they would have been interested in helping these people if Trump wasn't the GOP candidate.

But none of this means that helping them is a bad thing or that they are being paid to say things that aren't true.

It is rather suspicious how Trump sex abuse nonsense came so close to him getting elected, when people were all panicking that he is gonna be President.

So many fucking years to bring him down, and nobody spoke up.

When he actually gets impeach for it. Because impeachment requires rock solid proof.

At the moment, every accuser has holes and motives.

Compared to all other incidents, the accusers didn't have motive.

In cases like this, where there is an unprompted confession by the predator openly boasting about his behaviour, and multiple independent accounts confirming his predatory behaviour by victims, is further proof really necessary?
