What is interesting is given the Fusion testimony....
I wonder how long it will be before mueller or one of the intel investigations wants the information about trumps dealings that Washington Beacon collected about trump before the DNC took over.
Because you can imagine they had oppo research on him (not simply anything steele reported.)
I also wonder how long it will be before cambridge analytica, will be questioned about their intel, on trump and hils.
Now that Mueller has taken on a cyber crime expert,
they are shitting themselves.

the ethics committee finding nunez not guilty might be regretting their decision considering the feinstein release of the fusion testimony.

She is saying that she had NO direct role in the dossier. NONE. She paid a consulting firm to continue where it left off on Trump-Russia research. Full Stop. Her firm, on its own, decided to hire Cristopher Steele to explore further once Fusion GPS had exhausted its own capabilities.

Her "role" was to hire a research consulting firm. PERIOD.

Gee... What did Hillary ACTUALLY say on the Daily Show?

Does that 100% match precisely what I just said? YES!!!!!

PLAIN English. She MERELY (meaning ONLY) paid for legal opposition research, as opposed to paying for a dossier.

Read Glenn Simpson's testimony. He says the SAME thing!

Oh, and BTW.... Just so you are SURE you understand that she was NOT referring to the dossier when she said "legal opposition research"....

The dossier was NOT started by a Republican Donor. NOPE. IT wasn't even CONCEIVED at the time the Free Beacon was the Fusion GPS client. It was started by Fusion GPS. PERIOD.

There is simply no case against either of them. Fusion GPS for one, objected to at the time and continues to object to the dossier ever being published.

BuzzFeed has the right to publish anything it wants. To make them civilly liable for libel (try saying that 3 times fast), would mean that every right wing publication in the world is 100x as liable.

Obama should definitely sue him for slander. That's a much better case.

Trump has not responded to this development yet, though he and the White House have thoroughly denounced Bannon in the last few weeks, and here’s his latest tweet on the Russia investigations:

Mueller subpoenaed him, because he totally stonewalled the House Intel committee. Trey Gowdy said he claimed Executive privilege for his time during the transition, during the campaign AND after he left the org.
