Status: offline 		54% of Americans Disapprove of the President
Across EVERY Demographic, except PARTY, he is badly underwater. I do not see how he wins against anyone, even Trump.
Of course, since the country has NO national election, its hard to say how electoral politics will play.

I have always liked and respected Joe Biden as a centrist Democrat Senator. He has been a disappointment in some areas as President, and I have been critical of him in those areas. I think he needs to drop out of the race now.

I WISH he had announced many months ago, that he would not be seeking a second term. He could have done so with respect and dignity and on his own terms.

I really worry that we will end up with a President Trump or DeSantis.

At the end of the day, I am a policy guy. I have no idea how elections will turn out. Not my expertise. We'll see.

Biden isn't president, he's not calling the shots. He's a puppet on strings. There was no one there when he was told to stay in his basement during the 2020 campaign, and his handlers are fine with him failing to campaign this time. They made President Trump a "Russian agent" and ran their campaign based on that lie and many others

But I don't think that anyone will forget the complete and utter clusterfuck of the pandemic so quickly. DeSantis & Trump against each other in debates? Omg that's some payperview shit right there! Maybe Mike Pence can run down with a steel chair, WrestleMania style! I would expect Pence to have a chair, or at least a flyswatter this time lol

Status: offline 		And the Dems are probably lucky that the GOP candidates are so horrible, we can run Biden again. We just have to get the vote out.

Trump & DeSantis will bloody each other enough in the primaries, and if Trump doesn't get the nomination, he's likely to go 3rd party anyway, sinking the GOP's chances completely. It's a hostage situation there.

But really, who else do the Dems have now? We saw in the 2020 debates that none of them were ready. Biden was. Still is. Kamala still seems to have his full faith as VP, and I hope she's learning what it takes to be President, and to lead the party. Mayor Pete just needs more experience, more polishing. Bernie is too old now too, but has always had the best ideas.

The only other Dem I can actually see as President is Klobuchar. I'd love to see another Ross Perot kind of campaign, with all the fancy graphs and stuff. The only problem with her is that her name is too hard to spell. People won't trust that. Names should be simple, and not too ethnic. Obama never would've gotten elected if his middle name were switched with his last name.

Really? What ideas would that be?

Right now, the only candidate I would get excited about is Larry Hogan. And he recently announced that he is not running. I would LOVE to see a strong 3rd party candidate from a party with an ACTUAL policy agenda.

Status: offline 		Bernie has ideas dammit. All that "free stuff", which would actually be paid for intelligently. The problem is that most people actually believe the social programs raise the taxes on the majority of Americans. Reality is that all these tax cuts under GOP presidents have kept us from so many of our social goals. The GOP only wants government to have bombs.

Bosco, I don't believe that Joe Biden did anything illegal or immoral in using his positions and influence, because that's what he's supposed to do. I would have a problem if it could be proven that Joe was using his position as President to squash ANY investigations into him or his family. That would be corruption.

But Hunter isn't running for an elected position, so I am not all that interested in him. I don't think we'll see a Biden dynasty, as we did with the Bushes.

As we have seen, any a criminal indictment can't always stop someone from running or being the apparent frontrunner in their party, and that hasn't happened with Joe anyway.
